"5 Easy Ways to Eliminate Stage Fright Forever!"
This presentation will teach you the secrets to getting your butterflies to fly in formation and never look nervous in front of a crowd again. We have all heard that public speaking is the #1 fear, even outranking death. However, I have never heard of anyone actually choosing to die rather than giving a speech, have you? Why is it so hard for some individuals to get up and speak in front of a group of people? So hard, that death seems more appealing? Whatever the reason, these feelings are real. The fear of speaking is a physiological response to the fight or flight mechanism that is built into all of us as a safety valve. For many, the thought of giving a speech triggers this response and it unleashes adrenalin throughout their body, giving them the jitters. Winston Churchill once said, “The idea is to get the butterflies (jitters) to fly in formation.”
In this presentation, you will learn how to:
  1. Use simple breathing techniques to calm the nerves. 
  2. Reduce anxiety through preparation and practice. 
  3. Never let them see you sweat.
